Returns & Refunds

Jersey d’Or™ is committed to excellent customer service. We would like every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. We take pride in the merchandise we sell and take every possible measure to ensure you are pleased. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at hello@jerseydor.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.

We have a 10-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@jerseydor.com. The return shipping address and instructions will be provided once the return request is approved.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it in all conditions. To request a replacement, please take a photo of the damage and send it to us via email. Once we receive the photo, we will find an appropriate solution or issue a replacement for the product.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Custom Jerseys, special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Customized products, custom jerseys, special orders or personalized items, cannot be exchanged or returned. Orders with promotions, or gift cards, are also not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

Customized products cannot be exchanged. For eligible items, please contact us at hello@jerseydor.com within 10 days of receiving the item to arrange an exchange. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

We do not offer return shipping labels. All returns and exchanges shall be paid by customers.

If more than 15 days have passed since we’ve approved your return/exchange, please contact us at hello@jerseydor.com.

Why is all the kits out of stock

Great quality and value

Exceptional quality and price. The jerseys in local stores charge over double the money for the same products. Keep in mind, shipping will take a month, but I assure you it’s worth the wait. This is my second order with the company. Highly recommend!

We received the shirt but it had no number or player name on it. Followed up with customer service and they shared they look into a replacement but haven’t heard back since.
