Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

At Jersey d’Or, your satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason you’re not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below to understand how returns and exchanges are handled.


1. Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags/packaging intact.

  • Customized, printed, or personalized jerseys (e.g., with a player’s name/number) cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is confirmed faulty.


2. Timeframe

  • You must notify us of your intent to return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be sent back and received by us within 15 days of delivery.


3. Returns

  • To start a return, contact our support team via email or live chat. You will be provided with a return authorization and return form.

  • The return mailing address will be supplied once your request is approved.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until delivered to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured service.


4. Exchanges

  • You must contact us first before sending any item back for an exchange. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide you with the correct return instructions.

  • The quickest method is to return your item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired size or product.

  • Where a direct exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for shipping costs based on our shipping rate chart.

  • If the requested exchange is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item passes inspection.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • For orders paid via check or money order (where applicable), refunds are issued as store credit or exchange only.


6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos for verification.

  • In such cases, Jersey d’Or will cover the return shipping and provide either a replacement or a full refund.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 10 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 10 hours, orders are processed and sent for fulfillment, meaning they cannot be cancelled.

  • If you no longer wish to keep your order after it has shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process.


Tip for Customers: Always check sizing charts carefully before ordering. International sizing can differ, and choosing the right size helps avoid delays with returns or exchanges.
