Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction with your purchase is paramount to us. However, if you wish to return or exchange an item, kindly follow the instructions provided below.
Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns for printed shirts or personalized items unless the item is deemed faulty, and the fault lies with Jersey d'Or. This policy also applies if a player leaves the club or changes their squad number during their tenure.
To initiate a return, please inform us via email or chat within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Returns must be completed within 28 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in their original condition, with all outer packaging and labels intact. Please ensure to include a copy of your return form that is provided to you by our team inside the package.
Returned items will undergo inspection upon receipt. If an item is found to be non-faulty, correct, and in the correct size, we will not cover any costs associated with the return. If an exchange item is requested, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost based on the value determined in our shipping rate chart. If an exchange is requested but unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Returns for orders paid with a check or money order are eligible for store credit or exchange only, following the exchange policy outlined above.

We strongly recommend utilizing an insured and trackable service for any returns. Until safely delivered to the address above, returned items remain the property of the customer. We are not liable for any items lost or damaged during return shipment.
For exchanges, the quickest method is to return the item and then make a separate purchase for the desired item once the return is accepted.
